- Annual business accounts preparation for small, medium or large sole
traders and partnerships, including, where required, more frequent management
accounts.
- We also prepare accounts for "small" limited companies,
i.e. where the annual turnover is £1M or less
- Completion of VAT returns with appropriate advice on the records to
be maintained and rules to be followed prior to any visits by VAT inspectors.
- Payroll service including PAYE returns and compliance advice, including
the tax status of certain people engaged, i.e. whether 'employed' or
'self-employed' status applies.
- Preparation of business plans, cash flow projections etc., and projected
accounts where required for either existing or new clients.
- Other services including business valuations, direct bank contacts
etc., book-keeping (both manual and computerised systems) and advice
on the full range of business requirements.
